Always ,whenever I used to visit a corporate hospital I use to see healthcare managers their communication skills when they use to interact with patients ,their confidence ,their style of discipline and coordination had always inspired me.

I had a wish to become to a physician but choose a career in management as studying medicine was way too expensive and lengthy.

I was working with care hospitals Hyderabad,india during my masters in hospital management as a part timer and later on an intern.I was a quick learner and a fresher with fire on my wings.

I quickly expanded my network , learned concepts on management.The year I passed my masters I was offered an immediate opportunity from Saudi arabia Prince saud bin jalawi hospital as a quality specialist for CBAHI in 2008.

That was where I quickly learned healthcare quality concepts and mastered them for my future NICHE.

As it is usual ,initially the healthcare road was muddy but now it is like a super highway and constantly improving

The main challenges are changing the culture ,adaptability and resistance from physicians.

Opportunities are vast,like learning and development more confidence ,updating with the latest healthcare trends .

Quality in healthcare is easily affordable if the top management is ready to cooperate with you.vOtherwise it is like eating glass and looking at an abyss.

4. How do you motivate and empower your team of healthcare professionals?

Motivation and empowerment is very crucial in long term strategy and getting near to the vision of the company. Continuous training and blame free culture will motivate them.

By regularly taking their feedbacks and reducing errors

There is a vast scope in GCC healthcare delivery and they are moving at a unfathomable speed ,I believe GCC has one of the most finest healthcare system at present.

8. What do you see as the biggest trends in healthcare industry for the next 5 years, and how do you plan to prepare your organization for them?

Offcourse Artificial intelligence will rule ,and every leaders must prepare them and update themselves.

Too much old school of thought ,micromanaging ,internal politics are hinderences.

Potential solutions are more broad minded leadership mindset.
