Mohamed S Gomaa : focusing on restorative and cosmetic dentistry

Teaching is considered one of the noblest professions in the world. Rightly so, because it is not just about completing the given syllabus but about ensuring that human values and righteous thoughts are passed on from generation to generation.

I was always fascinated by the idea of helping people regain their smiles. Growing up, I observed some of my family members struggle with dental issues, which sparked my interest in prosthetic dentistry. Driven by a personal mission to transform lives through dental health, I pursued my undergraduate studies in the dental school & later specializing in Prosthodontics & oral rehabilitation.

After completing my specialty training, I began my career focusing on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. My expertise ranged from crafting dentures and implants to performing complex oral rehabilitation procedures

Later I became increasingly aware of the administrative and managerial challenges within my profession, practice and healthcare industry. I noticed inefficiencies in patient care management and saw a potential to make significant improvements. This drove me to explore the field of healthcare management.

To pursue this interest, I enrolled in a Master of Business & Healthcare Administration (MBHA) program. I the curriculum, which included courses on healthcare finance, organizational leadership, and healthcare policy, highly engaging. It provided me with the tools needed to understand and manage the complexities of healthcare systems.
