Cityscape West KSA to Debut in Jeddah, Strengthening Saudi Arabia’s Western Real Estate Market

Saudi Home Prices Push Real Estate Index Up 1.3% in Q2: GASTAT

Jeddah: The Cityscape brand is expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia with the launch of Cityscape West KSA, a new real estate exhibition dedicated to the Kingdom’s Western Region. Backed by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH), the event is designed to build on the success of the Cityscape Global series while creating a focused platform for one of the country’s fastest-growing property markets.

Scheduled to take place from March 29 to 31, 2027, at the Jeddah Superdome, the exhibition will bring together property developers, investors, financial institutions, government representatives, and prospective homebuyers. The event aims to facilitate investment opportunities, business partnerships, and access to residential projects across the Western Region.

Cityscape West KSA Supporting Vision 2030 Objectives

Cityscape West KSA is organised by Tahaluf, a joint venture between Informa, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and the Events Investment Fund (EIF). Saudi event production company Sela is also expected to join the partnership.

The exhibition aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy by encouraging real estate investment, expanding homeownership, and strengthening collaboration across the property sector. Organisers believe the event will accelerate development across key cities, including Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.

Western Region Records Strong Growth

The launch comes as Saudi Arabia’s Western Region continues to witness robust growth in residential real estate. According to Knight Frank’s Saudi Arabia Residential Market Report (Summer 2025), residential transaction values in Jeddah rose 28% year-on-year to SAR17.3 billion during the first half of 2025. Madinah recorded the Kingdom’s fastest-growing residential market, with transaction values increasing 49% over the same period.

The region’s momentum is supported by several large-scale developments, including Marafy, Jeddah Central, Massar Makkah, Rua Al Madinah, Red Sea Global, Jeddah Economic City, Knowledge Economic City, King Abdullah Economic City, Jabal Omar, ROSHN Group Al Arous, and Qiddiyah Coast Economic City, among others.

Building on Cityscape Global’s Success

Rachel Sturgess, Executive Vice President at Tahaluf, said Cityscape Global has evolved into a leading platform for real estate investment, collaboration, and industry dialogue over the past three years. She noted that expanding the platform into the Western Region would create new opportunities for investment, partnerships, and homeownership while supporting the region’s long-term development.

Since launching in Riyadh in 2023, Cityscape Global has attracted significant industry participation. Its most recent edition welcomed more than 164,000 visits, featured 577 exhibitors and brands, facilitated $63 billion in strategic deals, and brought together investors managing USD 6.1 trillion in real estate and infrastructure assets.

With Saudi Arabia’s property sector continuing to evolve under Vision 2030, Cityscape West KSA is expected to become a key platform connecting projects, investors, and stakeholders, further driving growth across the Kingdom’s Western Region.
