The Grand: Nad Al Sheba’s New Community Hub
Opening on August 19, The Grand in Nad Al Sheba will introduce a two-storey community mall featuring retail, dining and essential services. Waitrose, MMI, Heart Cottage Lane, Maple Bear Nursery and other brands will launch initially, followed by restaurants including Tashas, Kokoro and Blu Pizzeria. Health and wellness additions from Fitcode and American Hospital are planned for early 2027.
First Avenue Mall Jumeirah
Expected in 2026 near Mercato Beach, First Avenue Mall Jumeirah will bring together retail, dining, wellness and family-focused offerings. Sobha Realty’s Dhs210 million Sobha Mall is expected to be completed by late 2026. Spanning 339,000 square feet in Sobha Hartland, the development will feature 35 retail and food outlets, more than 10 dining options, a supermarket, gym, play courts and entertainment facilities.
Le Meryeme Mall – Liwan
Set to open in the second half of 2026, Le Meryeme Mall in Wadi Al Safa 2 will combine luxury retail with restaurants, cafés and green spaces. The 113,674-square-foot destination will feature a pool and Spanish-inspired design, creating a premium lifestyle environment for the growing community.
