I left home in France at 19 and embarked on a career in events, which took me across 29 countries and allowed me to settle in places like Australia, Hong Kong, Doha, and the UK before stepping into a director role at the Louvre Abu Dhabi. Throughout my career, I naturally gravitated towards bringing people together, inspiring teams, and leading with impact. As I progressed through leadership roles, I discovered a deep passion for mentoring, helping team members navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. Speaking to large audiences and presenting to executives felt natural, so transitioning into therapy and coaching made motivational speaking the next logical step. I wanted to share the insights I had gained—both through experience and neuroscience—beyond my one-on-one clients, empowering as many people as possible to break free from stress, fear, and self-doubt.
My mission is to show people, especially high-achievers, that they have far more control over their mental and emotional well-being than they realize. Many feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, and fear of judgment, believing life is simply happening to them. But the truth is, their brains aren’t working against them—they just never learned how to work with their brains. My approach is practical, science-backed, and rooted in neuroscience, subconscious rewiring, and emotional regulation. I help people understand why they feel stuck and, more importantly, how to shift out of those patterns in real time. I emphasize that healing is essential for success, as unresolved wounds and limiting beliefs inevitably impact leadership, relationships, and personal fulfilment. I bring my corporate leadership experience into every talk, ensuring it’s relevant, engaging, and immediately applicable, because leadership is not just about work—it’s a way of living.
I aim to do more than just inspire; I help create real breakthroughs by guiding people to unlearn conditioning and reprogram how they think and act. Motivation fades if you don’t address the subconscious patterns running the show, so I dive deep into the reasons people, especially women, hold themselves back—fear of judgment, fear of failure, guilt, shame, and the belief that they don’t deserve success or happiness. Through my speeches, I help people see these patterns clearly and break free from them, using practical tools and deeply empathetic storytelling. Knowing what to do and actually doing it are very different things, so I tailor each speech by understanding my audience deeply. Whether I’m speaking to corporate teams about stress resilience, entrepreneurs about self-worth, women about boundaries and self-love, or men about the pressure to always be strong, I meet people where they are to deliver messages that resonate with their lived reality.
One of the biggest challenges I face is cutting through the noise of generic self-help advice. People have heard “believe in yourself” countless times, but my goal is to show them how to make those concepts real and actionable in their lives. Another challenge lies in the corporate mindset that personal development doesn’t belong in the workplace, despite the fact that personal struggles inevitably affect professional performance. That’s why I bridge the gap, connecting mindset shifts directly to leadership, decision-making, and overall well-being.
Key messages I hope to convey include the idea that people have far more control over their lives than they think. Our thoughts, perceptions, and beliefs shape our reality, and when we learn to control our minds, we gain control over our emotions and actions. I want people to understand that they can embody seemingly contradictory qualities—they can be bold and vulnerable, hardworking and restful, firm and empathetic. Success doesn’t have to come at the cost of well-being.
My approach to engaging audiences includes using subconscious techniques to shift beliefs at their root, incorporating somatic practices to regulate stress, and keeping my talks raw and relatable. I speak from personal experience and from my work with clients, ensuring my messages are not just theoretical but deeply lived. My authenticity is key—I don’t present polished, distant ideals, but instead share real stories and truths that make people think, “That’s me.”
I stay motivated by immersing myself in conversations, podcasts, and interviews—always seeking to learn. I find endless inspiration in my clients, witnessing their transformations and those powerful moments when everything clicks. This fuels my passion and reminds me why I do what I do.
My long-term goals include expanding globally—reaching more people through larger events, international intimate retreats, and consistenly seeking how to create deeper impact through online platforms. For those just starting in motivational speaking, I encourage them to be themselves, to keep learning, to find and speak their truth, and to prioritize service over selling. Real transformation happens when you genuinely care about your audience’s growth and wellbeing.
The philosophy I live by is simple: love yourself first. When you stop putting yourself last, you start showing up as your most authentic, aligned self. This not only transforms your life but ripples out into your work, relationships, and the world around you.
