GROW® is an established business consultancy in Egypt’s healthcare, professional development and training organization, with operations in several Middle Eastern countries. We provide business solutions, healthcare communication, medical training, and digital platforms tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Our services range from professional development and continuing medical education to logistics, project management, and quality improvement in healthcare. My role involves strategizing and leading the organization towards being a partner of excellence while maintaining our mission of supporting client success through practical, hands- on training and consultancy.

A transformative moment in my career was receiving the Global Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Award for “Best Healthcare-Focused Business Growth Consultancy – North Africa.” This recognition reinforced my commitment to value-based leadership and demonstrated the importance of practical solutions in healthcare training. GROW® integrates digital platforms into its training and consultancy services, allowing us to offer online courses and remote consultations.
