Dubai Chambers has launched specialised training in Agentic AI for more than 14,000 private sector companies, as part of efforts to help businesses develop the skills required to adopt the technology across their operations.
The initiative supports Dubai’s broader programme to accelerate the transition of the private sector towards Agentic AI. The programme was launched under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
Practical Training Through Dubai Chambers Academy
The training is being delivered through the newly launched Dubai Chambers Academy, an integrated e-learning platform designed to provide businesses with practical knowledge and guidance.
Participants will learn how Agentic AI can be applied to different areas of business, including operations, productivity and decision-making. The training will also help companies identify practical use cases that can improve efficiency, support innovation and create new opportunities for growth.
The programme aims to give companies a strong foundation in Agentic AI while helping them understand where the technology can add value within their organisations. It is also intended to prepare businesses for the expanding role of AI in the future of work and commerce.
Supporting Private Sector Growth
H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said Agentic AI is creating new possibilities for how companies operate. He highlighted its potential to manage complex tasks, support better decision-making, increase productivity and open new avenues for growth.
He added that the specialised training tracks are designed to give private sector companies the knowledge and capabilities needed to understand Agentic AI and turn its potential into practical business applications.
The training is part of a wider Dubai Chambers programme that includes supporting companies developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions, establishing incubators for Agentic AI businesses, and promoting knowledge-sharing and capacity-building.
Dubai Chambers has also established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI to accelerate private sector adoption, help businesses respond to global technological changes and strengthen Dubai’s position as a global hub for the digital economy and future industries.
